Give right of way to oncoming traffic. On narrow roads where two vehicles cannot pass at the same time, drivers must give the right of way to oncoming traffic. Wait until the road is clear before continuing.

Priority over oncoming traffic. This sign indicates that drivers on the side of the road where this sign is placed has priority, and oncoming traffic has to wait. This sign (F6) is usually placed opposite of sign F5.
