Inhabited area. Indicating entry to populated zones. These can be seen in two areas of Aruba: San Nicolas and Oranjestad. In these areas drivers must not exceed 50 km/h, cannot use high beams and should avoid loud vehicle noises.
End of inhabited area. Restrictions from sign H1 are lifted. Drivers may now return to normal speed limit, but must always remain in full control of the vehicle and able to stop quickly if needed.
