The road is closed to all vehicles from both directions. Only pedestrians are allowed to enter. Examples of this sign can be found in the parkinglot of Arubus implying that it’s forbidden to enter. In this case only busses of Arubus are allowed to enter. Another example is at the entrance of the Aruba Port Authority at L.G. Smith Boulevard, which in the past was misused by drivers as a shortcut. Now only taxis and drivers with official permits are allowed entry.
Entry is prohibited for all vehicles from this side of the road. This sign is used in combination with Sign C3, which shows the correct entry point from the opposite side.
